Support. I now and have lived in Arkansas for over 20 years also. What can I do to challenge or even stop this Garnisment . It is $375 a month that comes directly out of my check. Thanks Kerry

The best way to stop this garnishment is to ascertain the total amount of back child support you owe from the state child support agency, pay that amount, and then file an application to discontinue the garnishment order.

Q: Hello I recently was kicked out of my sisters I retrieved everything but clothes and personal files from health records

Other then health records there is legal government and social security documents I’m being denied to is there something I can do to get those back it’s been a month since I been kicked out

You can always file. The focus will be on doctors noting specific issues that are disabling that last for at least one year. Most cases get denied. continue to appeal until you reach a judge. a large percentage of cases before judges get approved.

You should discuss that with him. You have a right to object if you believe he was adequately compensated. But you need to look at his costs and expenses as well as his time.

Do not file as long as you are on unemployment. You will get declined and the state may prosecute you to recover the unemployment. The two are mutually exclusive. Generally, you can claim survivorship benefits if you are over 60 years old. If you are between 50 and 60 you can claim disabled widow's benefits.
