Q: I I've in ct and got hurt on June 29,2021and I'm still out of work. I have a lumbar displacement in lower back. Case?

They have not returned my calls . I called twice. I going to physical therapy right now that they set up but still in pain.do I have a case?

Q: So I work at Subway, and have been accused of stealing meat from the store. All around the store, they are cameras.

I am not sure what the question is. Are they charging you criminally? Did you lose your job? Does or will the camera footage show any theft? Good luck.

Anything is possible, especially if it habitual enough. However, it is probably unlikely.

Ask your lawyer. Better to file under your insurance if you have collision, let them sort it out.

Generally you don't have liability other than for things you know about but don't tell him that aren't obvious--e.g., if you know there's a deep gopher hole near where they'll be working and one of them falls or their ladder tips, you may be liable.
