Q: If my brother died by suicide while on probation and in treatment, can we sue them for emotional damages?

They exacted a warrant illegally on my parents house, took kids with no cause, and convicted my mom and brother. Even though my brother admitted to all in the house, they still charged my mom n convicted her under coersion.

This would be a tough case for a number of reasons dealing with proof, showing the cause was that and not an underlying issue. Q: Do I have to sign a waiver with the shop request?

If the shop requires it then your only option is to look for another shop.

Q: I live in Wyoming can I shoot someone who is breaking into my car

Like would shooting them in the leg fly or would I have to wait to see if they come at me before I can shoot them

You can't shoot them (I'm assuming you are not in your car). If you did you need to ask that this be taken down by the website, avoid any questions on social media, and contact an attorney at once.

Q: son in law filed a wrongful death suit for my daughter dying. The case was settled how can I obtain the records? In WY?

Originally his lawyer said I was also named on the lawsuit then weeks before final hearing and lawyer will not speak to me. I want to know why? What should I do?
