Q: Loss of job or damage due to sharing private information

if a person (or even a spouse) shares a my Adult site profile to my office boss and I am affected (either loose job or actioned), do I have a case to sue for losses and damages?

Q: Can a dismissed felony be reopened and brought back to trial? (Less than a year has paced since incident)

Felony assault charges dismissed because victim panicked out of fear on the stand and claimed "not to remember what happened". Victim now is open to testifying against her attacker.
