You should contact an attorney right away to discuss your case. As the previous 2 answers stated - it appears you have a case and are entitled to unpaid wages. Don't wait because in all matters there are time limitations.
Can I sue them? I have all the documents to prove that I was in the hospital and incapable of leaving. I was also incapable of consenting to a lawyer. My family lives in abroad so they weren't able to do anything about it either.

It's hard to answer your question without more information. You should call a personal injury attorney so more questions can be answered to fully determine what your options might be.

No you cannot. You really should consider hiring an attorney to help you. You don't understand even the basic issues and the lawsuit will become difficult if the other side has an attorney. There are a lot of ways they can out maneuver you. If you have a lot at stake and/or if you have an... View More

There is a lot not said that would need to be known to give you a solid answer. You should sit down with an employment attorney and go over all the facts so they can determine what rights you might have.

You should hire a lawyer who can file a lawsuit. The lawsuit a public record and anyone can see it. As long as everything you are alleging is the truth you shouldn't be concerned. But make sure you get the advice from an attorney that you talk to when going over all the facts.

You probably should consult a criminal defense attorney who might be able to see what is going on. If they haven't charged you yet with anything they still could be investigating, etc.. If you haven't already you should also tell your insurance company right away.
