Agreed, but you don't need to hire an attorney to have him served in Florida, just hire a process server.

Yes, you can move because he is not staying in Chicago where you lived as a couple with your child. Once you are there you should file for custody and a divorce.

No, you will only be responsible for support from date of filing of the petition. But, first she should prove that you are the father. You should ask for paternity to be established by DNA testing.
