You should consult with a personal injury attorney before giving any statements to the homeowners insurance company. Although it sounds like there is coverage a lot of homeowner policies have exclusions for certain breeds of dogs.

Q: My girlfriend got rear ended by a driver couple days ago. She contracted AAA which is the at fault driver's insurance.

Adjuster came and said they will give her a rental car and pay for repairs at a shop and give her $1000 for compensation on top of the repairs...csn she get more money or is that the most she can get ?

If your girlfriend is injured then she should seek medical attention and not accept any amount of money that the insurance carrier is trying to get her to take immediately after the accident.

My recommendation is that your wife contact a personal injury attorney to discuss the details of the incident itself and the notifications that were given to the leasing company regarding the leaking water prior to the incident.

Q: Is there any legal course for a slip & fall that caused a broken bone & possibly more?
