Q: I was in a hit by a car while walkikng, the driver fled. my car insurance stoped paying med bills.

I recieved a letter from car insurance saying they closed my claim. I am still under doctor care. I dont understand why my uninsured/underinsured doesnt cover.

Q: In pa i was pulled over backing out of my driveway on to a one-way Street I didn't even make it a foot off my sidewalk

And they were on me. I have lived here for 5 years and I've never seen any cops. Pull anybody over for anything.

I never heard anyone anywhere getting pulled over for this is this a reason to get pulled over????

A lot depends on dates. What they are saying may hold if they gave you notice. If they didn't, then you may be able to claim under the old lease. They would have to continue your unemployment benefits. As to your rights, suggest you contact a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice who handles employment issues. They give free consults.

Q: Am I responsible for a loan my dad got a for business from the previous owner?

My dad got a business loan from the previous owner of said business in 2005. Regular payments have been made to the lender since. My dad recently died and now the lender said the balance was supposed to be paid over 7 years ago and wants the rest of his money from me.

You are not responsible for the debts of your father. Tell the lender to submit the debt to the estate.

Q: I was given a traffic citation for not having my insurance in the car with even though the car was insured.

The cemetary has their own rules. You don't necessarily have a right to inter remains wherever you wish. If it's a church run cemetary talk to the priest or religious official of that church.

Q: If a post office was to forward you letters about your stimulus payment but return the payments to the sender would it

Be considered mail tampering. I have received the letter 1444c three times to my forwarded address but they returned the payment for the notice three times they know what they are doing and I want to know if I could perhaps file a complaint against that post office or whoever is in charge ect.

No. They are not supposed to forward certain things. You need to be sure that the IRS and the government have your proper address. Discuss this with your Congressperson--they have information on how you can get your payments.

Get all the paperwork in the docket for #1 & #2. Make copies and keep the originals.

If service of the complaint for #1 is identical, then it is an error. If he refiled for some reason and that was served on you then the issue is one of non response.
