Q: We were in an accident where the other driver was racing at 90+mph and hit us on driver front. Who's at fault?

The road was clear to go across to the 3rd lane. We have at least 3 witnesses that all said the car that hit us was racing another car and hit us going at least 90mph. Is there any way we could be considered at fault?

Q: My landlord exhibited what is called a constructive eviction also known as a self eviction can I get a restraining order

She put my 8yr old dghtr and my belongings out off the sidewalk also locked us out. Thanks to local police officer he stated we are tenants and we were able to get back in with our belongings. Now she's shut off utilities no water in the house.

I was rear ended which resulted in me getting two (2) epidural injections
