Q: I am trying to get full custody of my children

Judge in OK sentenced me to no custody and only supervised visitation after 1 of our 3 boys was returned to his mother with a bruise on his backside, allegedly. That decision was made in 2007. Can it be changed today?

Yes. You will likely want to file a motion to modify your visitation restriction. if the events causing the supervision have been corrected. That is, in the eyes of the court.

A paternity test is not very expensive. A Paternity Decree would cost much more (approx. $1500 or higher). But the reward would be priceless!

His ability to pay and your need to be paid will be analyzed along with the division of property. You might get alimony or property in lieu of alimony...

Yes. That is not a good idea. Your x-spouse could be found to be guilty of direct or indirect contempt of court.

That issue the court is ruling on will need to be disclosed before you can ask about determination of time limits.
