Q: Is it a violation of my right to a speedy trial on DUI in September 2015 and conviction in February 2017?

I was arrested in September of 2015, after a slew of court dates, I had a jury trial in October of 2016 that resulted in a hung jury, in February of 2017 I was retried and convicted. Does this violate my right to a speedy trial in Kansas?
