Q: I am currently on disability and can't afford the retainer of an attorney. That is really my only source of income.

I want a divorce on the grounds of my husband cheated on me for a second time and this time it's with a co-worker that has lasted closed to three years. What are my options? We are currently renting our home and the only thing we truly have between each other is my SUV is in his name.

Try calling the AG's office to let them know your child aged out. You may have to file a motion and have the judge sign an order terminating withholding (I am assuming child support is being withheld from your paychecks).

Best to find a family law attorney that practices regularly in the county he lives in for assistance. Most likely he will have to provide notice of divorce to his spouse via publication. In other words, there is a way he can get a divorce even if he does not know where she lives.

A parenting facilitator can help resolve issues regarding the child. I have seen parenting facilitators help in very high conflict cases/situations. However, parenting facilitators can be expensive as well for both parties.

Yes, even if you are separated you are still legally married and so assets and debts are considered community property.
