Q: My father had a massive heart attack at Fort Lauderdale international Airport and they had no defibrillators at the time

I’m wondering what the statues of limitations are in Florida this happened in 03 And now that we are through the grieving process is there anyway that we can Go after them for a wrongful death Lawsuit
