Q: I was recently written a ticket. The officer put the wrong model of car down. Is this enough to get it thrown out?

I was written a ticket for not stopping completely at a 4 way stop. The car in front of me went and I pulled forward. There was a car to my right that wen thru, then it was my turn again. I was stopped for 3-5 seconds.

You would need to be able to show that you don't own a car of that model.

It depends on the judge, but it could be enough based on incorrect information on the "affidavit" ticket.

Take pictures. Taking pictures before moving in is often very helpful as well to show the condition of the carpet when you moved in, vs when you moved out.

You may have to make a claim to get your deposit back for this cleaning as it will likely be taken out of your deposit.

Tricare may have a valid lien. It is worth looking in to. Often these liens can be negotiated by an attorney which could mean more settlement proceeds being paid to you. Consult an attorney.

Expungement is an option in MS but you will want to discuss with a Mississippi attorney before you make a plea, pay the fine or take a plea deal.

If you have a custody agreement, and have been divorced, can you be taken back to court after it is final to change custody due to infidelity during the marriage?

Either party can petition for changes to the custody agreement. Usually there will need to be a good reasons for a change in the agreement.

The most common way to clear up title on land is to open an estate on the person who has died if you are their direct descendant with no other descendants. There are other ways, but this would likely be the most direct route.
