Contact an attorney in the state where you and the child live about a petition for determination of paternity, if the MS dept of records will accept an out of state order.

Judge granted eviction and the next morning we had to leave and everything we own we had to leave including my 2 month olds clothes blankets formula etc. Everything we own.

Write a letter to the landlord immediately and keep a copy. Ask for a time and place to pick up your things. After a period of time they may be destroyed/disposed of.

Likely no. Some contracts and realtors allow for exceptions when you first sign up with a realtor or if you explain how and why the sale came from a separate source. It may be worth it to ask the realtor if the sale is from some other source.

There are many reasons that a ticket can be invalidated. The form being incomplete is one of them. Tickets are intended to be Affidavits of what the officer saw. If the affidavit contains incorrect information or is incomplete, it may be thrown out.

Q: I have a tax lien on several properties in Mississippi that i purchased from an auction; how can i own these parcels?

A couple of the properties are 3 years behind on taxes. What steps can I take to own them? If one of the houses are abandoned, can I file some paperwork and do some work to become the owner? I am the only lien holder on a couple and there's a couple lien holders on the others.

Q: If the father is not on birth certificate and has been absent from child's entire life does he have rights?

He has been absent due to federal incarceration since before the child was born. He is not on birth certificate, doesn't give support, but did take a paternity test.

Does he have any legal rights to my child?

The father will have rights until his paternity is terminated in a procedure called a termination of parental rights. There is a statute in Mississippi establishing when this sort of termination may occur.
