The purpose of bail is to ensure one's appearance in court. It's not to punish. We are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Maybe. The only way to know for sure is to hire an attorney who will investigate the case and advocate for your daughter.
The home I had just moved into was previously a drug users home and I know this because I found paraphernalia when I moved into the house and I got rid of it asap and thought I managed to make my new home drug free. There's nothing from stopping you from getting a hair follicle test right now. You can also take a lie detector test. But first of all, you need an attorney!! System will chew you up and spit you out without one--especially if you're truly innocent.

You will have to pay the full amount unless you can find a bondsman willing to do it for less. Highly unlikely since he lives out of state. Might want to save that money to hire an attorney.

Hire an attorney. Prosecutors don't drop charges just because the complaining witness wants them dropped. Many offices have a no dismiss policy on domestic abuse charges.
Spoke with the da office they said I will need to pay the court clerk fees to have the warrant dismissed. The court clerks office said I will need to go before the judge, and be booked and processed. That is what I'm trying to avoid. Is there not a way I can just pay the fines and have it dismissed?
