If you signed a release in exchange for a check, you should get the check very quickly. Anything more than 2 weeks is unacceptable.
They also said they didn't know of anything wrong with it well it broke down on my way home which is about maybe 7 miles.
What can I do??

Obviously the answer can change given a variety of variables, however, it is likely that the dog owner will need to pay the sheep owner the value of the sheep.
