Q: Can you get your home back if you included it in your bankruptcy and it’s going through court for foreclosure?

My circumstances have changed and I regret including my home in my bankruptcy. I didn’t know if there was any way to get an amended agreement, etc.

I am not sure what agreement you entered into. If you are referring to a modification, you can always try to refinance but once a modification is accepted, absent fraud or other defenses, the agreement is binding on the parties who signed it. Q: What i need to apply for BankruptcyI am retired with 865 a month, less rent 309 and home phone 71 I count with 485

my credit debt is $39,116.06

no house owner and need to keep my 2004 jeep (about 3500 by kellys blue book)

Q: If husband files for bankruptcy prior to divorce will that affect how much I end up with?

If he files for bankruptcy, it depends on what assets he has and whether they are exempt. What also matters if you are joint or the debt or not. Sometimes if it preferable to file the bankruptcy while you are still married for many reasons. You can always call us for advice. Thank you.
