Im sure there are lawyers that are willing to help you but that depends on if you have a viable claim. And unfortunately you did not provide us with much information to go on. Please advise on what the underlying claim is regarding and why you believe the attorney committed malpractice.
I got one late fee and for every month I didn't pay it they added 40. then they took money from my rent pymnt to pay late charges which made be get more late charges and unpaid rent. then tried to evict. Is that okay?

The reasons is lost revenue from the lease. I met the neighbor who said he wants to move his father into my sister old apartment. If that is the case I don't think landlord would be able to claim lost revenue.

That depends on whether or not there is rent control in the town the unit is in. If it is governed by rent control then there are limits on what you can raise the rent to.
