It sounds like you may have been there voluntarily. You can ask the hospital for your medical records and see what is in those records. That would be a good start.

Talk to your landlord and ask them to deal with the agent. It sounds like the agent considers you a bother. That you want to have privacy and enjoyment of your home is not unreasonable, you are paying rent and are entitled to it. Its possible that your lease covers this situation and that may... View More

You should probably consult a lawyer to review the contract. If any part of the agreement seems questionable you should make sure of what you are being asked to sign before you sign. There might be more problems than you notice.

Go to the Probate Court clerk in the county where your grandmother lived when she died. Ask them whether the estate was opened for probate or not and if so, what happened with the case. Depending on what you find, you may want to contact a lawyer who does probate work.

Yes you can but it would be a great idea to ask a lawyer to help you with this. It might be that part of the negotiation for the plea could include an agreement where you are only supervised by one probation department.

You need a lawyer to help you with this. If you violated your probation unwillingly because you were actually in the hospital when you were supposed to report or come to court you may have a valid excuse. You will have to prove this with documentation from the hospital or your doctor.

You may be able to help yourself by showing up for court rather than waiting to get arrested and taken to jail. Hire a lawyer and follow his or her advice. A lawyer who practices in the court where you have your case should have an idea about how the court handles problems like yours.
