Most likely the answer is yes but to do so successfully you will need to gather all your paperwork and consult with and hire an auto fraud/ dealership fraud attorney. Most cases are taken on contingency.

Q: Vehicle purchased from large Ford dealership with no smog certificate, vehicle will not pass, no title transfer.

this is auto fraud area of law and the dealer cannot sell a vehicle that is not smogged/ cannot be smogged. contact an auto fraud attorney asap.

You need to gather all your real estate, inspection, communication, etc documents and consult with a real estate attorney asap. It’s possible you have a claim again the seller and their broker, and possibly your own broker too.

no, you can't just return it and stop making payments without having consequences to your credit and other issues. what you can do is gather all your paperwork and consult with an auto fraud attorney to see if you have legal grounds to rescind your contract or other legal options.

the bank rarely, if ever has liability in a case like this. if you are claiming fraud, the statute is 3 years. but as i said the bank is not likely to be liable.

There is no such cause of action. Look up litigation privilege (assuming the wasted time happened during an active litigation). Even if it was before litigation began, there is no such thing as a cause of action for wasted time.

it's not lemon law but it could be auto fraud. call and consult with an auto fraud attorney right away (have all your purchase and mechanical paperwork ready to send to the attorney).
