Q: We have a product we call RhinoTab M1. We have RhinoTab trademarked but is there an issue using M1?

Q: How do I know if a brand is still trademarked? Or if someone still uses the mark?

I am looking to start a brand, I had started searching through trademarks and found one similar but I have some different design ideas. The owner of mark has been mailed abandonment and things along the lines of that. How do I know if I can start making stuff?

even if a mark is abandoned according to the USPTO's site that does not mean they do not have any rights in the mark.

you have to still do a little due diligence.

As another attorney mentioned though you better be careful.

Just because the trademark is dead does not mean that they or anyone else is not using the mark.

Games name we want to be rebound. But, mattel has a trademark on the word Rebound. What legal action could they take against us we named it such. Or are we safe todo so and name it as we please?

Just because you're seeing a failure to respond to an office action does not mean the mark is free to use.

Q: Can you put famous companies as stickers on a website that sells custom stickers just to show off the product?

There is something called the Fair Use Doctrine which allows individuals to use another's trademark in its non-trademark, descriptive sense or in its trademark sense to refer to the trademark owner or its product.

Your best option here is to consult with an attorney.

You run a serious risk without doing so due to what is called likelihood of confusion.

Thats why you don't see companies called "NYKE" selling clothing.
