Would sourcing the product and then selling the product in Europe be a crime ?

The USPTO registration only lists details regarding Trademarks which are registered within the United States. Often times businesses will pursue international trademark rights. Q: Are Patents Immoral actually and against the first amendment?

Like, specifically when multi-billion dollar companies do it. When they buy up patents and sue small companies for generally making something that looks like one of their thousands of patents, Isn't that kind of restrict the rights of the small businesses?

In addition to Kevin's comments, I would also state that a patent is also an equitable exchange between the government and the inventor. At the very least, before you go to a manufacturer, get an attorney to draft you a quick NDA (nondisclosure agreement) or if dealing with a Chinese manufacturer, make sure it's an NNN (non-use, non-circumvention, nondisclosure agreement).
