You can often treat with providers on "letters of protection" and not pay up front, but out of the proceeds of a case. Generally, medical providers offer this if you have an attorney pursuing an injury case. You should consult with an experienced injury attorney as soon as possible.

I am not sure what skittle situation you're talking about. I know recently a California man sued skittles over the ingredients included in the product. If you're concerned about the ingredients in the product, I'd stop consuming it. Also, an important part of any case is damages, so... View More

I would strongly recommend against taking out a loan for an injury related in an injury case. The interest from these loans are astronomical, and sometimes the loans are unnecessary if there are other avenues of recovery. If this case arose out of an automobile crash, you may have personal injury... View More

If you're no longer driving that car, then no - you do not need to insure it going forward. I would make sure you have auto insurance if you have any other vehicles or if you'll be driving at any time.

I am sorry you had that experienced. It would not be much of a case since it does not appear that you were injured or have any meaningful damages. Report the event to the land-owner, if they are not already aware, so they can make necessary repairs. Otherwise, I'd move on from the incident.
