A Temporary Protective Order (TPO) is served by the sheriff's office in the county where the TPO was granted.

You can seek a divorce based on the marriage being irretrievably broken. An attorney can advise you about child custody and parenting time, child support and division of marital assets.

Because you are the mother, you should be able to contact the school and get your daughter's school records, which should include the address where she and your husband reside.
