Q: Is 3yo MSA valid if divorce didn't go through? Time limit to sign new simple dissolution paperwork? I don't want divorce

My husband is bipolar and when he has a full blown manic episode, the first thing he wants is a divorce. This time he filed a week before being admitted for a 14 day mental hold through VA. Hello, generally it is possible to back out of a Marital Settlement Agreement if it is done before the judge approves it and enters a Final Judgment. I agree with the previous lawyer's answer. A separate bedroom is not required. A court will always focus on "the best interest of the child."
