Certainly getting ready for a divorce is a good thing to do. An attorney could possibly check the court’s records for the filing as well. Good luck to you.

You could draft divorce documents. But, why do it if you don’t really want to make it official. Agreed divorces can be handled all online in most of the courts in Harris County due to the pandemic. When you’re ready to proceed we could assist. 888-343-4529.

An attorney would be best suited to figure out the legalities of the service issue. Your time is limited to complain. As an attorney I wish parents could work together for the best interests of the child. I hope your child will be ok despite it all. Good luck 888-343-4529.

The order should detail whether you have to remain if he leaves. Read it carefully. If you’re still not sure what to do then consult a family law attorney. Good luck 888-343-4529.
