You need to consult a civil defense attorney for advice on what to do. Because you did not have insurance at the time, your current insurance company will not provide him with an attorney. You have to hire one yourself.

No. More likely than not, if they were to settle this can be done by the adjuster without the insurance company having to incur the added expense of counsel. Hire legal counsel as soon as possible if you have not already done so.

Q: I was trying to make a uturn into a 3 lane which I had no stop sign. I needed to get to the far bottom left lane.
