Already did temp orders and now have a final order. The opposite party now wants a jury trial because they never pay out of pocket for attorney. You don't have a final order or they would not be asking for a jury trial. Life is not fair

Q: Can I go back later and take the drug charge so my friend can't get charged?

He took the charge and went to jail.i bonded him out but now I need to say it was mine

Retain a lawyer and talk to them about the facts. If your friend admitted the drugs were his it is too late

Q: Can my incarcerated husband approve of and sign with a notary my daughter's (age 14) passport application?

He would have to have it notarized at his unit and I'm not sure they will do it because he is not allowed contact with her

Q: In the summer schedule for less than 100 miles it states 30 consecutive days or two separate periods .

When this is taken in two periods can the total days exceed 30 days? My husband often picks them where the total days are over 40 days due to how he starts and stops after and before his weekends . He can take days right after his weekend, Be happy that he is in your child's life . You can take on week away in the summer so you get an extended time.

He needs to get a court appointed lawyer or retain. Lawyer. If she is not on the lease he can retain a lawyer and evict her

Q: For the upcoming criminal trial, the court records said the state's subpoena were unserved. What does it mean? Unserved?

It listed out several subjects to be served with a subpoena by the State. Subjects for the upcoming trial were evidence tech, 911 custodian, fingerprint expert, and several deputy officers. However, it said it was "unserved" for every single subject involved. What does it mean; "unserved"?

Q: What can happen in Texas to a man who is an MMA fighter and assaults his wife using a "trained move" and breaks her leg?

Look at his bank statements and see if you can find a lawyer that he paid, He may not of had a Will.

Q: what can i do if my kids no longer wants to live with their mother.

my daughters no longer want to live their mom but they aren't 12 yet. I have had cps called on their mom a couple of times already and the first time they made her move from her apartment because it was filthy and had roaches everywhere. the second time they gave her time to clean the new place.

Under federal law you can never have a gun. Under Texas law you may be able to have one at your residence

Q: I am scheduled to got to court in a few days. It is with cps. They want me and my husband to attend anger management and

Parenting classes. Along with drug and alcohol screenings. We were wrongfully accused of robbing a store. They came in and raided our home and since then cps has been on our case. Neither one of us were charged with the crime. Need to know what the next step for us would be.

You need to retain a lawyer. CPS can be difficult to deal with and they can remove your kids

Q: Will I be arrested if the district attorney files charges or will they serve me papers?

Criminal charges out of Castro county, Tx. Possible child endangerment and prostitution.

Police have admissions of guilt and hard evidence for the child endangerment.
