Q: I have an assault with bodily injury charge, I did 6 months in jail can I get a non disclosure?

It was originally assault with a deadly weapon but lowered to a misdemeanor of Assault with bodily injury. I just got an interview to be a flight attendant and I don't want to lose the opportunity due to this charge. It happened in 2016.

You cannot get a non disclosure. It appears you were convicted and will stay on your record

If you passed the blood and breath test you have a chance. Also it depends on how you performed on field sobriety test and the reason he pulled you over

You can get your own SS card and birth certificate. Go to the post office and transfer yourail to the new address .

You should of went to the AG office when you moved back in the house. If you already paid the child support your case is moot. If you owe arrearage go to the AG and request a hearing to confirm the arrearage

The judge may of raised the bond so the defendant has to pay the additional cost or retain a lawyer to try to reduce the bond

You do not attend a hearing for a non suit. If the other party filed a countersuit your nonsuit does not dismiss their case.

You did not state the outcome of the case. If it was guilty and you had. Evidence that helped the defense the defendant may want to retain a lawyer and look. Into an ineffective assistance writ.

If your daughter law forged the title it may be a crime. My guess is she thought the ATV was a dangerous gift and did not want your grandchild to have a ATV

Q: I bonded my Son out for a violation of an Ex Parte Protection order that he had no knowledge of. NONE!

We now know she had a Protection order filed in one county and then withdrew and started one in another county. No knowledge of either and no motion to transfer jurisdiction as well.

We’re not married, no custody order in place, he has bad anger issues and will scream and slam doors etc, right in front of our son. And I’ve had enough but all my support and family is in California.

If there are no court orders you are free to move. He may file a petition in court and try to order you to move back. Contact a lawyer in California and find out the waiting period to file a suit in California..

If they want you to turn yourself in it is active. You need to call a lawyer and they can pull the case and let you know the status.
