Q: If a company that fix my truck Windows damage my truck.do I get the check or the other party that fixes.

They said they only give the other party the check and not me.I don't think thats right.I can use the money now and pay for it to be done later.single mom and it's Christmas I paid 1,400 for the windows out of pocket.

If the lease is not renewed, it becomes a month to month tenancy, and I believe that only 15 days notice is required.

Q: If a 17 has a high school diploma can she leave home with her 18 year old boyfriend if he is 6 months older than her?

My parents say if i leave before i turn 18 they will call the police.. can they do that even if i have my high school diploma? What will happen if they do? What if i go to a different state for college with my boyfriend without there concent?

Yes, they can do that. You will be taken home once you are found. If you go to a different state, the boyfriend might get charged with a crime.

If you owe child support, your income tax return can be siezed. Your wages can also be garnished with an income deduction order.

An employee can be out of work due to sickness, but should always get a note from the doctor if the employer requests it.

I'm in Florida. My personal property is on someone else's property who has recently died. The person over all of the property is claiming that my property is considered part of the estate because "that is what the court said". Is this correct? Will I be able to get back my property?

Have you filed a paternity case? If not, that is what to do. If you have filed a paternity case and child support has been ordered, you might be able to transfer to your county the enforcement. Go see the child support enforcement people at the department of revenue.

Q: As a daughter is there anything I can do to remove the tenant or even give them an ultimatum?

My father is disabled and currently has a tenant in his house that is not keeping up with any cleaning in the house. The house has become infested with spiders and cockroaches.

It is the landlord's responsibility to get an exterminator. Generally, you could do all the footwork, and perhaps you can get a power of attorney.

The law is quite convoluted on this subject. The interest rates vary from year to year and yes, the interest goes to the payee.

Q: If I accept a lump sum for CS do I have to pay taxes on it? Can I still ask for college expenses. My son is 17.

My son's father had his lawyer send me a request for a lump sum payment for the final last 1 1/2 of payment with a discount to him. He wants to finish "this chapter in his life". But I can't afford college by myself.

Child support or alimony? Maybe you do not want to get a lump sum if it is alimony, but rather payments as agreed.
