You can divorce him if you choose. Send a letter to the USCIS telling them of your concerns and the status of your marriage. You are under no obligation to continue assisting him with his immigration. USCIS will put your letter in the file.. When he applies for any future immigration benefit the... View More

Sounds like this is a good time to get an experienced immigration attorney. The scenario you have presented indicates that you may be charged with marriage fraud. If this occurs your naturalization will be denied and you may be referred to the immigration court for removal proceedings. You will be... View More

If in fact he marries, the marriage is void from its onset. You can divorce him and notify the USCIS of the situation by sending a letter. It is very unlikely the USCIS will take any action against him until he has an interview for an immigration benefit. The letter will be placed in a file and... View More

Not sure if this is an immigration question. There is nothing you can do at this point to stop him. Specially if this behavior is in a country were it is legal to have more than one wife. If he were to marry a second wife, according to US law that marriage is invalid from its beginning.

It does not sound like you were charged with any criminal violation so you may answer no if asked if you were ever arrested. If not asked you do not need to provide information. If asked you should answer truthfully.

If you have completed a financial affidavit on behalf of the alien you are responsible for that person to a limited extent.: USCIS.gov/I-864 and USCIS.gov/I-134 is where you can find the forms and an explanation of your responsibility if you sponsor someone.
