Yes, aggressive driving requires three (3) underlying violations. Speed and lane change are only two of the requisite 3 violations necessary for an aggressive driving charge.

Its for going 79 in a 55 zone in Pennsylvania. I live in Maryland however. I'm unclear on the difference between on pleading guilty or not guilty and whether it would be worth it to fight the ticket in court.
