Q: If two people have joint physical custody, can the parent who doesn't have the child pick them up from school?

Parents have joint physical custody : child is one week with mom and one week with dad ( Sunday -Sunday) . Unless there is a restriction in the parenting plan preventing the other parent from visiting the child at school, there is nothing that would prevent him or her visiting the child at school. Q: Once granted a deferral of court fees for divorce how long is the deferral valid for?

I was given a deferrals about 5 months ago but hvent filed divorce papers yet. Will I have to reapply?

The deferral of fees will last until a final order is issued in your case. If you get divorce in Arizona and need to file a motion to modify or enforce any issues in your divorce decree, you would need to file a new request to defer fees relating to that motion.
