You need to work with your officer. If you go off the grid they can arrest you. Probation and parole is in charge with supervising you and you have to abide by their rules and their timetable.

As a 17 year old if you plead to offense with 6 points or more you could be subject to suspension. I would contact an Attorney to represent you.

Q: My wife filed an EPO on me after she assaulted me. The EPO doesn’t state her assaulting me. Why is that?

She had a charge expunged from three years ago.

An EPO is a one-sided document with a statement taken only from the “victim” in the case. It would just be the words of your wife.

I would recommend hiring an attorney and attempting to get the charge amended down to a lower offense that will not suspend your license.

There are many factors the judges consider including prior record, how serious was the offense, how is the person doing while in custody, There is no way for anyone to tell you over the Internet without more details including what judges it, what county what charges etc.

If he did not get a ticket or a citation then you will not get any points on your license. It sounds like the police officer just let you go.
