Q: I got a summons today about a car I gave my son over a year ago and he sold it and the people he sold it to wrecked it.

He sold it before I could get it out of my name. I'm I liaible?

In some circumstances in Kentucky you may be liable. Did you already remove it from your car insurance?

In Kentucky this would be a violation of the Wage and Hour Act. You can file a claim against your employer.
