I would suggest contacting competent counsel. You may eligible to file for post-conviction relief if you are on parole/probation or file a Writ of Error Coram Nobis, which is similar. You are not going to be the only one with this issue. I expect there will be numerous filings from others.
I believe I am the victim of extortion. My Cousin is demanding 150,000. What part of the Annapolis Police Department handles extortion?

If your cousin is seeking 150K in exchange for not disclosing an illegal act he/she believes you have committed, I would suggest contacting counsel before contacting the police. An experienced attorney can advise of your rights against self-incrimination as well as your rights as a victim.
The judge denied a motion to "suppress all evidence relating to a confession made before being Mirandized" but is on record granting the motion for the defense. You should seek counsel familiar with Maryland’s Lemon Law. It is tricky but I have found that once counsel gets involved, the buyer gets a response. Again there are certain procedural and timing requirements that competent counsel can assist you with.

You should speak with an attorney. The auto finance company may be having some internal issues that you do not know about. Additionally, because you're paying on a vehicle that is totaled, the finance company is causing you to incur economic damages which you may be able to recover.
