Generally speaking, you are talking years. Indiana has a two part system. The first requires that a case be presented to a Medical Review Panel. That process can take over a year. after that process is completed, then you can file a suit in court. Generally, that can take two years or longer.

If they physically threatened her, there would be a crime. if she married under duress, she may be able to have the marriage annulled.

Q: The company that sold me my credit card pritection plan for Bank Of America said they would pay it in full it didnt pay.

I was disabled and they paid the min. for 2 yaers but they was supose to pay it off they called me when the two years was and and informed me that I owed 2500.00 I aks them about the plan and they said that they told me wrong when I took out the plan. And that I had a full protection plan .

Q: Midland funding is taking us to court

I know that they are not the original debt holder but my wife paid them 100 and then stop I told midland funding to prove thats her debt what are there chances of proving thats her debt and does that payment confirm her debt

Their parole can be revoked if they have a violation. I do not believe that there is an option to extend beyond the parole date.

Q: I have a no stalking order against my neighbor. My house/property under constant surveillance from 4 audio/video cameras

Cameras are directed through all parts of my property and facing directly at my East & West sides of my house, back door and in my windows. IL statute states that they cannot have me under surveillance but local authorities will not act.
