Q: Is it okay for the sheriff department to keep arresting me because I'm homeless and they say I'm trespassing
I am staying near a school but on a slough which the school says they own which they dont the sheriff department officer told me that he's going to print out a paper that I'm supposed to sign stating that I know that I'm trespassing and that I'm going to be moving at a certain date and if I don't move by that certain date all my belongings that are here are going to be destroyed and I will be sent to jail if I do not agree to sign the paper should I sign it is it even legal for him to do that
