Q: My mother in law is 53, disabled, has no income, and was told that she doesn't qualify for Medicaid or disability.

She was told it is due to her having land in her name that her mother left her. Is there any truth to this or any way around it? She currently has no insurance coverage and no way to get any.

You legally can represent yourself in legal proceedings.

It’s not a great idea, and the overwhelming majority of pro se litigants lose. Even most lawyers don’t represent themselves for very good reasons.

Q: Are radiologists free to be careless, by not putting 'all that may be wrong' on reports?

Q: I was in an accident in '16 w/a girl who hit a tree. I lost my leg. 25000.00 settlement that ends in 16507 left.

Filed chapter 7 with my husband. Bc debt was so high. Way way over income as I still can't work. Cigna has sub. Lien for 30000.00. I have no assets. We are barely surviving. Will I receive any of the settlement. The put 15000.00 for wildcard exemption. Just curious
