The short answer is yes. If he is an eminent danger to himself and others, you should contact law enforcement to have him transported for emergency commitment and evaluation. If more prolonged treatment is required, the facility will be able to assist with filing the Title 36 paperwork.

i was caught bc of shop lifting and lied to the cop so idk how thats gonna go in court and i dont have any priors

You will need to check the Intensive Probation Order (IPO). The IPO is an order from the judge (or probation) that allows him to stay somewhere. This is not a decision from the father. You may be able to contact the judge or probation officer to have them allow your son to stay with you.

It most likely is illegal under juvenile law, but most likely not illegal under family law in Arizona. However, circumstances of each person could alter the answer.

There could be criminal charges. There could also be a civil complaint against the girl (and/or her parents if she's a minor).
