If you have falsely claimed to be a U. S. citizen on the FAFSA, among other issues, you can be placed in removal proceedings for deportation.

Usually most state jobs would pay enough to make them ineligible but if working part time they might be eligible for certain programs like food stamps etc depending on family circumstances.

The school district is considered a part of the local government. Public schools are funded by local taxes and are run by elected officials.

that person has been receiving these benifits for over ten yrs. if they get married can those benifits be taken away. these benifits are awared from the state of michigan

Have you read the contract, the policy? You might start there. I find it hard to imagine that getting married can stop the insurance coverage.
