Q: If a cars registration is reinstated post-ticket for its lapse/suspended plate, do I still have to pay the ticket?

I was driving someones car and got pulled over for a suspended plate. It turned out the DMV had put out a suspension on it because the registration had lapsed. Q: my vehicle is impounded for expired registration, i want to get the vehicle out to register it, but police wont let me

Q: Ticket in Maricopa, AZ. Problem is my AZ ID Card# is on the ticket, but it says CA is the state that issued my DL.

I gave both my CA Driver license and my AZ ID card as I have dual residency.

Q: How do I fix the suspended license and whatever else happened?

I paid the speeding ticket so I thought I didn't need to go to court. I got a letter saying my license is suspended for not showing up.

Q: Hi, just curious, I live in az and I got a speeding ticket in my truck which is under my dads name by a posted camera.

The issue is that he drives a truck for AAA and I'm wondering if there's a way we can go to court and show that it was me driving and not him, so that it doesn't hurt his driving liscence

You can contest it but it's hard to win this type of ticket. A lawyer who handles traffic tickets may be able to help.
