There is a whole lot of information missing. You need to start at the beginning and tell your whole story if you want to get any reasonable response. It must be a long and complicated story, but if you want help you'll need to tell it.

the attorney requests discovery from the DA and may have it already.
ask the attorney for copies of discovery.
Alleged crime happend when he was 17 and they waited until he was 18 and just threw him into adult court with no mention of him being a minor at the time of incident.
