Q: Can a real estate broker in Colorado hire anyone (other than a land surveyor) to mark positions of property corners

so as to speed up the process of closing and circumvent the cost of a survey for their client.

In New York only a Professional Land Surveyor may prepare a new survey and made corners.

Q: Do I still have a fraud claim on odometer rollback after 4 years?

I bought a car from the dealer in 2012 with odometer 36xxx with the loan. In 2017 I cleared my loan and tried to sell my car. Meantime I checked the carfax which shows 100xxx potential odometer rollback done by the dealer.

For most criminal felony fraud charges the statute of limitations is 3 years. Under some circumstances the SoL can be extended.
