Q: Can a company that sells a facial product be held liable for a chemical burn to the eye even if there is a warning?

Warning label state's to keep out of eye and to rinse with water but the product ran into eye and flushing with water did not help which resulted in a severe chemical burn to cornea and injunctive sac.

It is not illegal, but sales to minors may be voidable (meaning the minor may be able back out of the deal post-transfer for most non-"essential" goods).
