Q: Will an expired notary seal hold up in court?

We went to court over a seized vehicle. The documents that were notarized were out of date (notary seal). Also the same paperwork done by the county sheriffs department had the wrong VIN number on all the documents. Yet the court still seized my vehicle. Anything i can do?

Q: I quick claimed my property to a guy it was only temporary. He went and changed with out me knowing. What can I do?

It was only temporary till I could get back on my feet from being sick. He changed it so it read forever as a gift which is not what is was suppose to be and he knew it. He attorney did not explain it to me at all. He changed it behind my back and did not tell me.
