It depends what you are trying to do, what type of attorney you need. From your post, I guess you are trying to not pay the $23K child support. You ask if you are divorced. The question will be at what point does your sustained work show an ability to engage in substantial gainful activity. Suggest you connect with your local legal aid office as your earnings look to exceed your SSI check. They may also affect any other government benefits, public housing etc.

I am assuming that your son is an adult. If so you will not be able to get access to his number.
