Q: We ordered these from alibaba for our Amazon fba buisness. I’m wondering if there’s a way we can still sell on amazon.

We ordered them and didn’t know they were patented. Is there a way we can change them to still sell them?

Q: Does the company Trudeau have a patent for round fondue plates with 6 compartments?

The Trudeau company sells 10in round fondue plates with 6 compartments. Wanting to know if there's a patent for it or if I am able to sell something manufactured in China that looks very similar?
