Q: If I have a ticket from 15 years ago for no insurance and I was so pos to do community service but dint do it.

I dint do the community service because I was in the hospital. What can I do now??

Call the state's attorney and ask. It is a fine of $500ish, not a jailable offense.

Q: If you don't have proof of insurance then you show them that you have it will it drop?

Will they drop the charges that you have it proof of insurance to show them? Will you have go court over it or what?

By statute they must dismiss the charge with proof of valid insurance.
